Vita Risk Solutions Manager of the Month Awards: August 2022

Premier Division

Time to shine a light on our Pitching In Isthmian premier Manager of the Month- so it’s just as well we’re off to The Lantern Stadium. Potters Bar Town ended last season looking strong, and they’ve started this season the same way, leading the charge with wins over Billericay Town, Bognor Regis Town, Enfield Town and someone not named Town (Herne Bay). Sammy Moore must be delighted with the start his Scholars have made to the campaign, and now he has a shiny trophy to remember it by.

North Division

What a magnificent start AFC Sudbury have had to their campaign. Unbeaten in all competitions, top of the table, with the highest scoring striker across all four Divisions of the Pitching In Isthmian League- everything is coming up yellow! Rick Andrews must be delighted with the progress made by his side, and we’re delighted to present him with the Vita Risk Solutions Manager of the Month Award.

South Central Division

Four matches, four wins, nine goals scored, three conceded, top of the table. If a certain Danish beer company made starts to the season, then Northwood would be rather merry by now! Tooting & Mitcham United, Bedfont Sports, Westfield and Southall all came, saw, and were conquered, and we have great pleasure in awarding Director of Football Steve Ringrose & Head Coach Ben Bukowski- who take joint ownership of the manager title for the Woods- Manager(s) of the Month.

South East Division

Beckenham Town have taken to life in the Pitching In Isthmian League like a duck does to that wet stuff we aren’t allowed to spray through hosepipes. Lancing, Corinthian, VCD Athletic and Sheppey United were all vanquished in the League during August, and that’s without mentioning the two FA Cup wins that sat alongside those League victories. Add in fifteen goals scored, and it’s been a wonderful time to be a Becks fan.

Many congratulations to Town boss Jason Huntley, who has a lovely Vita Risk Solutions Manager of the Month Award heading in his direction.
