Burgess Hill Town collecting food donations at their match with VCD Athletic on Saturday- please give generously
Burgess Hill Town will be collecting items for Christmas food boxes at their meeting with VCD Athletic this weekend.
The club have joined forces with local community organisations and churches to help fill Christmas hampers for the needy. They are particularly hoping for donations of the following items:
- Sugar
- Tea bags/Instant coffee
- Tinned vegetables – carrots/ peas/sweetcorn
- Pasta sauces
- Meat/meatballs (tinned)
- Fruit (tinned)
- Tinned tomatoes
- Tinned custard
- Angel Delight
- Jelly packet
- Rice pudding (tinned)
- Biscuits
- Jam
- UHT Milk
- Cereal
- Chocolate selection box
- Tinned fish
- Baked beans
- Tinned soup
- Pasta
- Mince pies
