Wednesday's Ryman South action review

By David Watters

Third-placed Ramsgate made it four wins in their last five games in Ryman South on Wednesday night as a goal in either half sunk Walton Casuals at Southwood, writes Pitchero's Steve Whitney.

Ian Pulman scored the opener after 11 minutes with what was just about the only clear cut chance of note in the first half.

Pulman had a second ruled out in the second half after an offside flag against his strike partner Joe Taylor but Nick Treadwell bundled home the second goal seven minutes from time to seal the points.

Luke Watkins made a couple of saves but in truth never really looked in much danger of relinquishing a first clean sheet in a dozen games - a run stretching back to early October.
