Welcome to...Mike's Corner!

Our archivist Richard Lambert has been busy, as usual, and his latest efforts have left us with a lasting legacy to our late statistician Mike Wilson- a full online set of his Isthmian Statistical Reviews.

Mike- pictured on a visit to Coggeshall Town- wrote twenty one annual Isthmian Statistical Reviews before his sad and untimely passing in 2018. They were widely read, particularly by those of us who write about the league, and widely praised. The Isthmian Archive now has every copy from 1997-98 up to 2017-18- but that's not all. We also have his three volume histories of the Athenian and Spartan Football Leagues, his History of the Essex Senior League, which he created for its twenty fifth anniversary, and his History of the Corinthian and Delphian Football Leagues.

We'd like to thank Richard for his tireless efforts in providing all of this information- and we'd also like to draw your attention to the rest of the archive, which is home to an absolute cornucopia of historical delight. We'd also like to take a moment to remember Mike- a kind, talented man who has left us with an incredibly valuable legacy.
