Worthing man arrives at Heath

Charlie Towning moves to Hanbury Park

Haywards Heath Town had a new name in their squad as they defeated Littlehampton Town on Saturday- and he made a late debut from the bench and had an immediate impact. Charlie Towning has moved to Hanbury Park on a dual registration deal from Pitching In Isthmian Premier champions- these days National League South promotion chasers- Worthing.

Midfielder Charlie spent time at Heath's neighbours Burgess Hill Town last season, where he made six appearances between February and March. He only joined the Mackerel Men in the summer, after previously being part of the squad along the Sussex coast at Eastbourne Borough- but made his Isthmian bow during the 2019-20 campaign, when he was with Three Bridges. He made six appearances for Bridges.
