Wynter is coming

Rams defender heads to Hythe

Hythe Town have announced the signing of Ramsgate defender Tom Wynter.

Tom joined the Rams from Margate in the summer, and has made twenty six appearances so far this season, scoring three goals- although, of course, that's not his primary job! He played for the Rams against the Cannons in a one-nil victory for his former club in the Velocity Trophy, back in October.

He missed most of his last season at Hartsdown Park, playing only ten matches before suffering a serious achilles injury against Bognor Regis Town in October- but was an almost ever-present in the previous campaign, when Margate just missed out on the Playoffs. He previously played for Dartford, Dover Athletic and Gillingham.
