Yellows lockdown their keeper

Walker is not walking away for quite some time

AFC Sudbury have announced that their goalkeeper Paul Walker has signed a new three year deal to remain at the club- an extremely long contract for a club at our level, which perhaps demonstrates just how much they wanted to keep him.

Paul began his career as a young player at Northampton Town, eventually graduating to the first team squad, but it didn't quite work out for him and he ended up at Corby Town, where he made more than one hundred appearances. He then spent time with Kettering Town and Haverhill Borough, before joining the Yellows in July 2017.

He made thirty three appearances during 2017-18, fourty five in 2018-19, and had made thirty four during the last campaign before it was brought to a premature end.
