Your favourite Isthmian food?

By Ian Townsend

After one of the national papers mentioned some of our clubs in an article about football food, we thought we'd ask which Pitching In Isthmian club serves the very best.

Last week The Guardian served up an article entitled 'Scran? No scran? The new food culture at football grounds.' In it- and you can read it here- there are honourable mentions for the spicy wings at Whitehawk and the jerk chicken at Tooting & Mitcham United, but we wondered, which of our clubs have food offerings for whom you would award an Isthmian Star?

Please let us know where and why- either on social media or via email at townsendaround@gmail.com- and we'll feature your thoughts in a later article so your fellow fans can be ready and salivating come August!
