Lordon Akolbire makes a loan move from Colchester to Bishop's Stortford

Pitching In Isthmian League leaders Bishop's Stortford had a new player in their ranks as they defeated Margate on Saturday, as Lordon Akolbire joined the club on loan from Colchester United.

You may have noticed Lordon in our ranks last season, when he made thirty appearances on loan at- you guessed it- Maldon & Tiptree, scoring twice, both goals coming in wins over play off chasing rivals Canvey Island and Brentwood Town.

Lordon has been turning out for the Under 21's at Colchester, and will remain with the Blues for the rest of the season.
