All to play for after cup draw

By David Watters

The seven teams still in the running to win the Ryman League's cup competition know what they need to do after the draw for the semi-finals of The Alan Turvey Trophy sponsored by Robert Dyas was made on Wednesday.

Ryman South Faversham Town, the only club definitely through to the last four after beating Dorking Wanderers 1-0 at Salters Lane on Tuesday night, will host either Sittingbourne or Corinthian-Casuals who meet in their last eight clash at Woodstock Park in Kent next Tuesday night (Jan 19).

Four Ryman Premier clubs contest the other side of the draw which was made at the Ryman League's offices in Dartford.

Enfield Town or Wingate & Finchley, whose midweek quarter-final fell foul of a waterlogged pitch on Tuesday night, will head to either Leiston or Kingstonian in the semi-finals which are scheduled to be played in the week beginning Monday 8 February.
