Lewes had two new names in their squad for Saturday's impressive win at title-chasing Bishop's Stortford, and one of them debuted for the club in the second half.
Ryley Scott has joined the club on loan from National League side Dagenham and Redbridge. The midfielder made his isthmian bow aged eighteen when he joined North Division side Bury Town on loan from Ipswich Town, and went on to play on loan for Leiston- by then in the Pitching In Southern League. Prior to playing youth football with the Tractor Boys he had also been part of the Academy setup at West Ham United, and after leaving Sussex he spent time in Portugal with Farense.
He returned to the UK, joining the Daggers, and last season spent some time on loan at Concord Rangers in National League South.
Archie Tamplin has Isthmian experience this season with Witham Town, where he played four times. He was previously with Billericay Town and Romford, and played youth football for Stevenage.
