A Rovers duo

Ollie Creed and Bertie Lloyd are new arrivals for Sutton Common Rovers

Sutton Common Rovers yesterday announced the arrivals of Ollie Creed and Bertie Lloyd- although they'd already arrived, as both were part of the squad which faced Fisher in the FA Cup on Saturday!

Bertie, who started that match, was with Merstham last season. The centre back made twenty four appearances for the Moatsiders. He spent the previous season with the University of Bristol, where he was apparently rather good at cricket!

Ollie, who was on the bench, is also a centre back, formerly of Sutton United's Academy. He has also played football for Whyteleafe at Under 18 level, so will be at home at Church Road, and last season made four appearances along the road for Chipstead. He also turned out for Sheerwater in the Combined Counties League.

Rovers host Fisher in an FA Cup replay tomorrow night.
