From Gills to Rams

Winger Jordan Green leaves Gillingham and signs for Ramsgate

Ramsgate announced a rather surprising addition to their squad yesterday, with the capture of winger/forward Jordan Green- who has recently left League Two side Gillingham.

Jordan was a product of the Fulham Academy, but it was after spending time with Banbury United that he got his big break, being signed by AFC Bournemouth after a trial. A loan spell in Wales with Newport County followed, before a move to Somerset and two years with Yeovil Town.

Yorkshire was his next destination, Barnsley the club, and his time at Oakwell was punctuated with loans at Newport and Southend United.

After leaving the North he arrived at Dulwich Hamlet for the 21-22 season, before being signed by the Gills for the last campaign. He made twenty six appearances last season.
