Marathon Mcallister

Raynes Park Vale's Callum Mcallister is running the London Marathon for charity- here's how you can help

Raynes Park Vale's trip to Binfield on April 20th may turn out to be a critical match for both sides, but Vale midfielder Callum Mcallister will be particularly keen not to pick up an injury, as the following day he's promised to run more than twenty six miles for charity!

Callum's entry in this year's London Marathon sees him trying to raise two thousand pounds for Mental Health charity MIND. As he explains:

'On Sunday 21st of April, I'm running the London Marathon for MIND UK. I'm sure if not you directly we all know someone who's struggled or is struggling with their mental health. MIND UK do some amazing work and help so many people every year.

I want to raise as much awareness as I can and will post bits here and there of my struggles and how I'm dealing with it all. Feel free to message me or get in touch if you ever need a chat or someone to talk to.

Please donate whatever you can every donation is welcome! Thank you.'

A big well done goes out to Callum for his efforts on behalf of a wonderful charity- and you can help support him by heading HERE and making a donation.
