Muggeridge and Skinner are two new Rooks

Lewes add two new midfielders

Lewes yesterday announced the return to the club of Henry Muggeridge, and the arrival for the first time of Jack Skinner.

Henry was a Rook up in the middle of the last decade, making twelve appearances during the 2014-15 campaign and forty three- with five goals- the following year. He then left the club, and turned out for Crowborough Athletic before signing for Whitehawk, where he has been a fan favourite for the last four seasons. Henry came through the youth ranks at Bristol City, and prior to his first period as a Rook also played for Tonbridge Angels.

Jack came through the youth ranks at Woking, and spent some time at Leatherhead on loan, making fourteen appearances during the 2018-19 campaign, and five more the following season- including in a memorable five-all draw at Worthing. He went on to spend loan time at Hampton & Richmond Borough and Eastbourne Borough, before playing another nine times for the Tanners during the 2021-22 campaign- including in a five-nil defeat against his new club.

Bradley Pritchard, Tom Phipp and Ayo Olukoga remain at the club from last season's squad.
