New boss for the Lancers

Dave Altendorff returns to Lancing

Lancing have announced that their new manager is Dave Altendorff, replacing Dean Cox, who departed for Burgess Hill Town last week.

Dave was Head Coach of the Lancers during the 2019/20 season, and has since been Head of Football at Ringmer AFC, Head Coach at Newhaven FC and, most recently, manager at Loxwood FC.

He will be joined by Assistant Manager Phil Norman, and coaches Alex Marr and Jamie Hollis.

Chairman Steve Taylor stated:

‘It is great to be able to work with Dave and his team again and we are excited that our third Isthmian League campaign will have him at the helm. Dave was top of our shortlist and the only person we approached to take the vacant managers role and we are confident that we will build on our recent success next season.’
