New director for City

Boardroom appointment in Cambridge

Cambridge City have announced that lifelong fan Alice Dewey is the latest addition to their board of directors.

Alice, the secretary of the Supporters Trust, has been watching City since she was a toddler. Over the years she has volunteered in many roles with the club ranging from hospitality to organising fundraising events- and she will now take charge of hospitality at the club.

City Chairman Kevin Satchell stated:

“I'm very pleased that Alice has accepted a position on the board, she already does a significant amount of volunteer work for the football club and supporters trust. Her experience will be invaluable as we develop our corporate hospitality for our new stadium in Sawston.”

Alice added:

“It is an exciting opportunity to become a director at the club I have supported throughout my whole life, especially with our move to Sawston on the horizon.”
