'Ornchurch Fest Approaches!

By Ian Townsend

Sunday is the day for the Urchins annual Beer Festival

Hornchurch are once again running their famous beer festival on Sunday 16th October, and as always it has fine food, fabulous live music, and on this occasion an 'International Gin Shed.' We've never yet met a shed with a passport, so perhaps this may be the first time- and we wonder whether it is a foreign relative of Blakey's Garden Shed at Sittingbourne? Though perhaps we're missing the point...

Tickets are a fiver, and you can pay on the door or book in advance. If you're in the area on Sunday between 12 and 8 then please head along- those 60+ beers, lagers and ciders won't drink themselves, and Rhythm Mick & Friends need an enthusiastic audience!

We've included the flyer to give you all the detail you need, and we wish the Urchins the best of luck with the venture, which as always raises much needed funds.
