Needham Market are holding a special collection for injured servicemen and women on Saturday to help boost the efforts of Ryman North rivals Great Wakering Rovers to raise funds for Help for Heroes.

The Marketmen are hosting Chatham Town at Bloomfields on Saturday in Ryman North and are holding the collection to bring with them when they travel to Rovers on Saturday week (November 22) after the Essex club announced last month that all supporters will be admitted for free to Burroughs Park and asked to make a donation.

With England taking on Slovenia this weekend, officials at Suffolk club say they are hoping to lure as many fans as possible with a number of promotions including half price entry for season ticket holders at Football League and Premier League clubs.

They'll also be screening the international and offering their new fans free cheese and biscuits plus port at £1 per shot!
