Dean Sammut is the new boss at Chipstead


Chipstead have quickly found a replacement for the outgoing Rob Kember, announcing the appointment of Dean Sammut as first team manager at High Road.

Dean, a UEFA B licence coach, has recently been Assistant Manager at Burgess Hill Town. He has been involved with the Chips for eight years, steering their Under 18 side to success as Director of the Teknika Pro Academy. As a player, Dean was on the books at Crystal Palace before going on to play for Barnet and Sutton United. He has also spent time coaching at Selhurst Park.

He is joined by Lewis Taylor and Matty Males as his Assistants. Lewis recently finished a stint in charge of Burgess Hill Town.
