Bury Town bring in former Colchester United midfielder Ollie Sims

Bury Town have announced the signing of attacking midfielder and sometime forward Ollie Sims, who moves up from Cornard United.

Sims stated his career at Colchester United, joining the club as an under 12, and signed his first professional contract- aged seventeen- in January 2019. This isn't his first experience of the Pitching In Isthmian League, as he spent some time on loan at Brightlingsea Regent in 2017-18 and has also turned out for Bowers & Pitsea.

He also had loan spells at Farnborough and Leiston before leaving Colchester and signing on with Cornard United.
