Burgess Hill Town had an eventful afternoon as they took on Chatham Town, eventually losing to a wind assisted goal kick, but they had three new names in their squad- and four new arrivals.
Nathan Daly moves over from Tooting & Mitcham United, leaving one relegation battle for another. Nathan was skipper for the Terrors, and has been a mainstay of their side since 2019-20. The defender previously played for Corinthian Casuals, Sutton United and Hythe Town.
Josiah Bridgeman has been in the Premier Division with Haringey Borough, scoring twice in six appearances. The midfielder previously played for Hayes & Yeading United, and Uxbridge.
Zohair Ali, another defender, has previously been with Pitching In isthmian South Central side Chipstead, playing once this season and previously part of the Under 18 squad. He also spent time down the road at one of our former clubs, Whyteleafe, as a youth.
James Allen steps up from SCFL side Lingfield. He has played for Grays Athletic this season, making two appearances, and made nine appearances for Corinthian- including in a one-nil defeat against his new club in October.
