Trophy hero to tell tales on Thursday's show

Ryman Round-up Show

FA Trophy winner Nathan Peat is a special guest on Thursday night's Ryman Round-up Show.

After coming on a substitute for underdogs North Ferriby United in Sunday's win over Wrexham at Wembley, the 32-year-old former Hull City defender agreed to come on the two hour phone-in show to share his memories of his village side's 3-3 draw after extra-time and 5-4 triumph in the shoot-out over the Welsh former Football League club.

Peat, who's also turned out for Cambridge United, Lincoln City, York City, Harrogate Town and Gainsborough Trinity, won't have the show all to himself with Faversham Town's promotion-chasing manager Ray Turner and Ramsgate secretary Edward Lucas also joining the debate on the weekly show for the fans, players and officials of the Ryman League.

With the campaign entering its final weeks, hosts David Square and Keith McMahon, Thamesmead Town's former manager, are also set to run the rule over the key Easter holiday fixtures alongside Radio Norfolk's sports reporter Nick Bowler.

Launched last season by community station Hawks Radio to debate the action and news among the Isthmian League's three divisions and 72 clubs, the Ryman Round-up Show runs from 7pm to 9.30pm every Thursday night throughout the season.
