Winger debuts for the Woods

Northwood couldn't quite take anything from their match with promotion-chasing Leatherhead on Saturday, but they did have a new name in their first team, Kaine Lucas Kennedy Sinclair making a debut, playing for the entire ninety minutes and scoring his sides goal right at the end.

Lucas does have previous Isthmian experience, as he was with Bedfont Sports during the 2019-20 season, and indeed spent a short time there last season too. After first leaving Sports he stepped up two levels, playing for National League South sides Havant & Waterlooville and Welling United. He moved on to Beaconsfield Town, and more recently has been with Chesham United.

His move to the Woods sees him sign a dual registration deal.
