Chertsey Callum makes an immediate impact

A new midfielder for Chertsey Town, as Callum McAllister gets off to a winning start

Chertsey Town yesterday announced the signing of midfielder Callum McAllister from Raynes Park Vale, and thrust him straight into the side which defeated Leatherhead last night.

Callum, who is due to run the London Marathon for charity in April, has been a big part of Vale's success this season, making twenty appearances and scoring four goals. He was also an enormous part of their promotion last season, playing forty times as his team earned ninety nine points on the way to the Combined Counties Premier South title.

He was previously with Chipstead, making his debut just before the pandemic hit, playing another nine times during what we had of the 20-21 season, and then making twenty seven appearances during 21-22.

He was previously at South Park Reigate, making twenty two appearances during the 19-20 campaign. He previously played for Hayes & Yeading United, Corinthian-Casuals and Staines Town, after starting off as a youth at Queens Park Rangers.
